If reporting a bug, please provide as much detail as possible to help us resolve it. Information that can help us fix a bug or offer a temporary workaround includes:

• A description of the bug.
• What you expected to happen.
• What actually happened.
• The steps you took which triggered the bug.
• Device, operating system and browser.
• Any screenshots or video of the bug.

If you’re using Google Chrome, we recommend the Chrome Extension Nimbus Screen Shot and Video Recorder. It allows you to capture whole or partial screenshots, record your screen and enables you to edit, annotate and save screen captures/recordings which you can include as attachments in your email to support.
