PHIEs
PHIEs is a methodology for prioritising ideas. It helps you distinguish the great ideas from the also-rans and answers that all-important question “what idea should I test next?” Rate your idea cards out of ten for each criteria; focusing your resources (time, money, energy) on those with the highest score.
How to rate PHIEs.
To rate PHIEs, follow these steps:
- Click the ‘Rate PHIES’ icon in the card header.
- Rate the idea out of 10 for ‘Probability’, ‘Happiness’, ‘Impact’ and ‘Ease’.
The PHIEs rating will appear on the card.

If team members have previously rated PHIEs, their avatar will appear below the ‘Ratings Received’ heading and your PHIEs score will contribute to the total PHIEs score for the card.
